Cancellation & Refunds
• 24h+ Notice: 100% Refund (minus 5% fee).
• Less than 24h: No refund (0%).

Waiting Time
• Airport: 60 mins free after landing.
• Hotel/Port: 15 mins free from pickup.
• Overtime: ₱300 per 30 mins fee.

All-Inclusive Pricing
Prices are fixed. We cover tolls, fuel, driver fees, and airport parking. No hidden charges. Thus, the rate you see is the rate you pay.

1. Confirmation
Services must be pre-booked online. As a result, your slot is only guaranteed upon successful payment. In fact, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance during peak season.
2. Passenger Responsibility
Clients must ensure that their luggage fits the chosen vehicle class. Likewise, providing correct flight data is the client’s responsibility. If data is incorrect, we may not be able to fulfill the service. For this reason, please double-check your arrival time.
3. Governing Law
