Booking & Payment
Is the price final? Any hidden fees?
Yes, the price is the final, all-inclusive fixed rate. Specifically, it covers tolls, fuel, driver fees, and VAT. Thus, you will never face unexpected charges at the end of your trip.
Can I pay the driver in cash?
Airport pickups require pre-payment to secure the slot. However, other pickups accept cash. For this reason, we offer multiple payment gateways for your convenience.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a 100% Refund if you cancel 24+ hours before pickup. Conversely, there is no refund for less than 24 hours notice. Therefore, please notify us early if plans change.
Arrival & Airport (CEB)
What if my flight is delayed?
There is no extra charge for delays. Because we provide complimentary flight tracking, we adjust your pickup time automatically. As a result, your driver will be there exactly when you land.
Where do I meet my driver?
Your driver will wait in the Arrivals Hall holding a sign with your name. Typically, this happens right after you clear customs. Likewise, we send driver details via WhatsApp for easy contact.

Do you service all of Cebu Island?
Yes. We offer island-wide coverage to any destination in Cebu Province. Whether you are going to Moalboal or Maya, we have you covered. In fact, we specialize in long-distance provincial routes.
What is the luggage policy?
Sedan: 2 bags | SUV: 4 bags | Van: 8 bags. If you have large dive gear, we recommend booking a Van. Consequently, you will have ample space for all equipment.
Can I make multiple stops?
One-way transfers are for direct routes only. However, if you need multiple stops, please book our “By the Hour” service. This allows you to control the itinerary completely.
